1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website agileblissservices.com, submitting an enquiry, signing a service agreement, or engaging with any service offered by Agilebliss Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “ABS,” “we,” or “us”), you — the client, visitor, or personnel — agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our website and services. These terms apply to all clients, employees, contractual staff, and third-party partners associated with the Company.
Note: These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
2. Services Offered
Agile Bliss Services Pvt. Ltd. provides the following categories of services across Uttar Pradesh and other cities in India:
- Security Services: Trained security guards, access & entry management, surveillance & monitoring, event & crowd security, corporate security, VIP protection, and parking & traffic management.
- Manpower Services: Office & administrative staff, industrial & labour workforce, healthcare & institutional support, hospital support staff, educational & corporate staffing, logistics & field staff.
- Facility Management: Housekeeping services, HR & staffing solutions, and integrated facility support.
All services are subject to availability, geographical coverage, and mutually agreed contractual terms. The Company reserves the right to decline or discontinue any service at its discretion.
2. Services Offered
Agile Bliss Services Pvt. Ltd. provides the following categories of services across Uttar Pradesh and other cities in India:
- Security Services: Trained security guards, access & entry management, surveillance & monitoring, event & crowd security, corporate security, VIP protection, and parking & traffic management.
- Manpower Services: Office & administrative staff, industrial & labour workforce, healthcare & institutional support, hospital support staff, educational & corporate staffing, logistics & field staff.
- Facility Management: Housekeeping services, HR & staffing solutions, and integrated facility support.
All services are subject to availability, geographical coverage, and mutually agreed contractual terms. The Company reserves the right to decline or discontinue any service at its discretion.
3. Client Obligations
Clients engaging with Agile Bliss Services agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their requirements, premises, and operational environment at the time of engagement.
- Ensure a safe and lawful working environment for all deployed personnel in compliance with applicable labour laws and safety regulations.
- Not engage, solicit, or directly employ any personnel deployed by ABS during the contract period or within 12 months following contract termination, without prior written consent from the Company.
- Refrain from directing deployed personnel to perform tasks outside the agreed scope of work, including illegal, dangerous, or inappropriate activities.
- Make timely payments as per the agreed billing schedule and not withhold payment without formal dispute resolution through the Company’s grievance process.
- Notify the Company immediately of any incident, misconduct, injury, or emergency involving deployed personnel.
4. Service Agreement & Contracts
All service engagements are governed by a formal Service Agreement executed between the Client and Agilebliss Services Pvt. Ltd. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific Service Agreement and these general Terms & Conditions, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
- Minimum contract duration for security and manpower services is typically one month unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Services deployed are subject to PSARA (Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005) and applicable Indian labour laws.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or substitute deployed personnel based on operational requirements, misconduct, or disciplinary needs.
- Clients must acknowledge all personnel deployment confirmations in writing or electronically within 48 hours of deployment commencement.
5. Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered by Agile Bliss Services are subject to the following conditions:
- Invoices are generated on a monthly basis (or as per the agreed billing cycle) and are due within 7 to 15 working days from the invoice date unless separately agreed upon in writing.
- Payments must be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or other modes approved by the Company. Cheques are accepted subject to clearance.
- Late payments beyond the due date will attract a late payment charge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax), which shall be charged additionally as per prevailing rates.
- No deductions or set-offs are permitted without prior written approval from the Company’s authorized representative.

6. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement subject to the following notice and conditions:
- Client-initiated termination: A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required. The client remains liable for all dues up to the effective termination date, including any notice period costs.
- Company-initiated termination: ABS reserves the right to terminate services with 15 days’ notice for reasons including non-payment, breach of agreement, or circumstances beyond control (force majeure).
- Immediate termination: The Company may withdraw all personnel immediately and without notice in cases involving client-side criminal activity, threat to personnel safety, or serious violation of agreed terms.
- No refund is applicable for services already rendered. Advance payments, if any, will be adjusted against outstanding dues before being refunded, if eligible.
7. Liability & Indemnity
While Agile Bliss Services takes every reasonable precaution to provide trained, verified, and reliable personnel, the Company’s liability is limited as follows:
- ABS shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or security breach arising from events beyond the reasonable control of the deployed personnel or the Company.
- The Company’s total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the service fees paid by the client in the one month immediately preceding the incident.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Agile Bliss Services, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or legal proceedings arising out of the client’s own negligence, breach of agreement, or unlawful conduct.
- ABS shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
8. Conduct & Personnel Standards
All personnel deployed by Agile Bliss Services are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. The Company commits to the following:
- All security guards and staff undergo background verification and basic training before deployment.
- Personnel are expected to maintain punctuality, uniform standards, and appropriate workplace conduct at all times.
- Any misconduct by deployed personnel must be immediately reported to the Company’s designated supervisor for prompt investigation and corrective action.
- Clients must not physically, verbally, or sexually abuse any deployed personnel. Violation of this clause gives the Company the right to immediately withdraw all personnel and pursue legal remedies.
- Deployed staff are employees or contractual workers of Agile Bliss Services and remain under the Company’s HR and disciplinary authority at all times.
9. Grievance Redressal
Agile Bliss Services is committed to addressing client and personnel grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- All grievances must be submitted in writing to info@agileblissservices.com.
- The Company will acknowledge grievances within 48 working hours and aim to resolve them within 10 business days.
- For escalated or unresolved matters, clients may contact the senior management directly at the registered office address.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services rendered by Agile Bliss Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual negotiation and good faith discussions within 30 days before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
